Homemade Baby Snacks: Quick Oatmeal Packed with Protein and Fiber

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 mashed or small cubed apple
  • 1 mashed or small cubed bananas
  • 1/2 cup of grass fed whole milk plain yogurt

Directions:

  • Mix everything and cook at low temperature on your stove top until mixture begins to combine (5-10minutes)
  • Try combining cooked oatmeal into little jars and feeding them to your baby at room temperature. Such an easy homemade baby snack!

Homemade Baby Snacks: Beets/Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole beet, cooked and mashed (Tip to cook beet: bring a large pot to boil, peel and dice beet, add to boiling water and bring back to boil, reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes, remove from heat and let cool)
  • 1 whole banana mashed
  • 2 cup of oat flour (or your flour of choice)
  • 2 whole eggs
  • A splash of grass fed whole milk plain yogurt

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients well, and pour mixture into cupcake/muffin tray.
  • Cook at 350 for about 22-25 minutes or until the mixture is compact.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole zucchini
  • 5 eggs
